I've seen Connor for massages on multiple occasions over the past couple of years, and each time has been a fantastic experience. He's incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to understand my needs. The massages are always excellent, and I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed every time. Highly recommend!

I injured my lower back at the gym with poor form while lifting over a year ago. It would heal and then just as I got back into the swing of things, it would go again.
I went to see Connor for a sports massage on my back as it had reached the point where I had injured my lower back muscles that much I had started to stiffen up, restricting my movement and I would re-injure the same area everyday if I tried to do anything physical.
After seeing connor, the next day I had an instant release in my lower back and every day since along with a few recommended stretch’s it got better and better. Now I’m at the point where I feel my back has fully recovered and I can move forward again with life and start to get my fitness back.
I couldn’t recommend him enough, he helped fix me physically and gave me great advice for the future in regards to my injury.

Can only say “amazing” we (2 of us) just had our 2nd treatment due to lower back pain from Connor, 1st one was a week ago and 2nd one today. Connors skills and getting to the right area is what one could describe as “life changing” as back pain can be very disabling, Conor with his skills makes such a huge difference and it almost an instant fix and a few hours later you feel back to normal.
